My name is Sandra Turesson, a girl with a passion for modelhorses, living in Sweden.
My interest in modelhorses started when I was pretty young by me playing with schleich horses. Even by that time they meant a lot to me. As I grew older it changed into an interest in collecting and also painting those I got multiple of and that's more or less how it all begun. Today I paint and customize most of my horses and I dont only own schleich these days but also breyer, safari ltd and artist resins.
Repainting and customizing
I resculpt horses using Aves Apoxie sculpt which is a modeling compound thats works great for customizing.
When it comes to repainting I usually airbrush my horses with acrylic colors and then do some extra shading with pastels. Somethimes I only use pastels and somethimes I paint with acrylics instead of airbrushing them.

2013 I made an account on Instagram for my horses. I quickly discovered a whole community who loved the same thing as me. My passion for these horses grew bigger and bigger and so did my instagram and my skills in photographing and painting my horses.
